M/s. TOTAL IFM Sdn Bhd is a well established Facility Management company which has been operating business in Malaysia since 1999. We have branches located in Sabah, Sarawak (East Malaysia), Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur with it’s Head Office based in Ipoh, Perak. Being one of the pioneers in Facility Maintenance, TOFM now has 56 multi tasked skilled workers, together with 138 indirect staff of our subsidiary company backed with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, technicians, and others engaged in the related field of work. This is supported by twenty five qualified professionals and fifteen management staff engaged in performing multi job functions operating all over Malaysia. TOFM to accredited ISO 9001:2008 certification, Certified Energy Manager ( CEM ) and Registered Electrical Energy Manager ( REEM ).
Effective from the year 2012, we at TOFM have developed five major divisions which has been our core businesses in order to enhance productivity and to give full satisfaction of our customers. The five major divisions are namely Telecommunications & ICT, Facility Management, Mechanical & Electrical and with our latest involvement and exploration in Green Technology & Energy Management and Property Management and C&S Upgrading Services. Besides this we at TOFM strongly believe in innovation and challenges by enhancing our products and services by incorporating latest methodology and technology to meet the highest standards in the business world. We are also fully committed in achieving Quality Assurance of highest standards with implementation to world class engineering practices.
The Telecommunication project and Land & Property Project Management Service which we have recently undertaken has been progressing with positive results as us being one of the leading organization. Lately our company has also ventured into Green Technology in association with M/s. Enigin PLC (Energy Saving Co) based in United Kingdom. We are working towards minimizing the cost of energy and saving for all levels of organizations including the private and corporate sector as part of the country’s vision and mission to reduce carbon emission by 40% in the years to come.
