Senior Human Resource Executive

This position is based in Ipoh and available for immediate start, and requires experience in payroll and HR operations.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee the complete employee lifecycle with administrative precision. You will ensure operational excellence by streamlining internal documentation, optimizing staff development programs, and acting as a primary resource for personnel guidance across our regional project sites.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and attendance
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training and development programs
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management

  • REQUIREMENTS:

    The ideal candidate brings a solid academic foundation and proven field experience in Malaysian workforce management. We are looking for a focused professional who combines technical HR knowledge with the communication skills necessary to support a large-scale engineering workforce.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years ofMinimum relevant HR experience (including payroll)
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
