Audit Solutions

We provide three levels of audit services:

Prelim / Walkthrough Audit
A basic on-site assessment to identify obvious energy wastage areas and provide quick improvement recommendations. It serves as an entry-level study to understand overall energy performance.

Detailed Energy Audit
A structured and in-depth analysis involving data logging, system evaluation, and energy profiling. It identifies Energy Saving Measures (ESM) with estimated savings, costs, and payback period. This is align with Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024.

Investment Grade Audit
A highly detailed engineering and financial study suitable for investment or project financing. It provides accurate technical design, cost estimation, and bankable feasibility for implementation.

Energy Audit Conditional Grant-Commercial & Industry (RMK – 13)

  • Energy consumption is equal or more than 100,000kWh/month for grant eligibility

Application Submission

Upon appointing EECO, we (TOFM) will handle the submission of the grant through SEDA online submission on your behalf

02.

Grant Approval

Grant approval is obtained from SEDA, subject to eligibility and compliance with requirements.

03.

Energy Study Execution

We proceed to perform the energy study, including analysis and data collection to identify potential Energy Saving Measures (ESM).

04.

Report & ESM Recommendations

We present a comprehensive report with Energy Saving Measures classified as: No Cost, Low Cost, Medium Cost, High Cost

05.

Implementation Support (EPC)

For Medium and High Cost measures, clients can engage us via Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) for implementation support.
